This is a Ranch home with a full basement, lakeside, Nashville TN.

In this design, we took the normal ranch hallway and using some creative framing, we were able to remove the hallway, which gave us enough room for a full shower and half bath.

We removed full windows and installed transom windows in the half bath and master closet.

We kept the old sunroom addition and turned it into the formal dining area.

We installed large panel windows with crank out to 90 degrees.

In the basement we removed all of the low ceilings and installed the A/C systems along the back wall which allowed the floorplan to be open and a full 8ft.
